Vision of the Magister of Management PPM Study Program

By 2028, our program aims to be a distinguished master’s in management, dedicated to producing transformative leaders equipped to tackle global challenges while embodying the spirit of Pancasila.

Mission of the PPM Master of Management Study Program

  1. To cultivate transformative leaders through relevant learning that incorporates tested, practical concepts grounded in local wisdom.
  2. To create innovative solutions that address global challenges through research, creation, and the validation of applicable knowledge.
  3. To enhance social impact and sustainability in business and society by collaborating and synergizing with stakeholders utilizing innovative approaches

Strategic Objective

Educational and Teaching Objectives: To produce graduates who possess the necessary hard and soft competencies. This is intended so that graduates from the PPM Management College can apply the latest management knowledge and practices that add value to organisational and societal life.  

Research Objectives: To produce cutting-edge research that is beneficial for the development of science, especially in the fields of management and business, as well as responsible management practices.

Community Service Objectives: To produce professional and sustainable community service through collaboration between the institution and external organisations.


MASTER OF MANAGEMENT (S2) PROGRAMS

Master of Management  for Fresh Graduates

The postgraduate program at PPM School of Management offers a Master of Management (M.M.) degree for recent graduates. The WM Program is designed to suit the characteristics of young, dynamic graduates who are constantly exploring their potential for development. 

This program aims to train participants in developing management skills and fostering noble life perspectives and work attitudes as a first step into the business world, so that participants are ready to face the dynamics of change and shape the future for complete information about the Master of Management  for Fresh Graduates.

Masters of Management for Young Executive

The Graduate Program of PPM School of Management offers a Master of Management (M.M.) degree for young executives/entrepreneurs who already have work experience. The MM-EM program is designed to accelerate participants' transformation into young, dynamic, and broad-minded professionals. 

The goal of this program is to prepare participants to become future leaders with comprehensive and practical management knowledge, strong business ethics values, and exceptional soft competencies, enabling them to bring improvements and changes in the workplace.
