Program Overview
The PPM School Virtual Summer Program 2025 is a one-week academic and cultural initiative that offers a deeper understanding of how local heritage and creativity influence consumer behavior in Southeast Asia.
Participants will explore how Indonesia’s traditional values, art forms, and evolving market landscape create a unique foundation for innovation and entrepreneurship. Participants will attend two virtual courses led by PPM School of Management faculty and guest lecturers:
- Appreciation of Arts & Culture (2 PPM School’s Credits)
- Consumer Behavior: Insights and Applications (3 PPM School’s Credits)
Program Highlights Include:
- Interactive lectures and discussions on Indonesian culture and consumer insights
- Case studies on real Indonesian businesses—including local creative industries, traditional crafts, and heritage-based branding strategies
- Guest speakers from MSMEs, cultural organizations, and national brands

- General Program InformationWhat is the format of the program?
The program is a one-week virtual program delivered fully online via Zoom and our learning platform. It includes interactive academic sessions, virtual cultural experiences, and real Indonesian case studies.
What is the main language of instruction?All sessions will be conducted in English.
Who is eligible to apply?Undergraduate and graduate students from any major, as well as individuals interested in arts, culture, and Southeast Asian consumer behavior.
Will I receive a certificate and transcript?Yes, participants who complete the full one-week virtual program and meet attendance requirements will receive an official certificate of participation from PPM School of Management.
Can I join part of the program or specific sessions only?To receive a certificate, participants are expected to attend all main sessions. However, you may join selected sessions if you are unable to attend the full program—just note that a certificate may not be issued in such cases.
- Fees & PaymentIs the program free?
Yes! This one-week virtual summer program is completely free of charge.
Are there any hidden fees or costs?No. There are no application or participation fees. You just need a stable internet connection and a device to attend the online sessions.
Are scholarships or financial aid available?As the program is free, scholarships are not applicable.
- Application ProcessHow do I apply?
Simply fill out the online registration form and upload the required documents:

Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further details and the next steps.
When is the application deadline?The application deadline is 7 July 2025.
How will I know if I’ve been accepted?You will receive an official acceptance email with your access credentials, session schedule, and participation guide.
Is there a selection test?No. There is no selection test. As long as you complete the application and upload the required documents, you will be considered.
Do I need an English proficiency certificate (TOEFL/IELTS)?No. An English certificate is not required. However, you should have working proficiency in English to follow the sessions and participate in discussions.
Can I cancel after applying?Yes, if you need to cancel your participation, please notify us by emailing international@ppmschool.ac.id. There is no penalty, but we appreciate early notice.
- Travel & LogisticsWill the program be held in-person in Indonesia or Bali?
No. The 2025 program is fully online and will not include any in-person or Bali components.
Do I need to prepare anything special for the virtual program?Yes, please ensure:
- A stable internet connection
- A laptop or device with audio and video
- Your full name is used on Zoom for attendance purposes
- You are ready to engage in live discussions, activities, and presentations
What platform will the program use?All sessions will be held via Zoom and supported by a Learning Management System (LMS) for schedules, materials, and announcements.
