STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE
Objective in Education and Teaching: To produce graduates who possess the necessary hard and soft competencies. This is intended so that graduates from PPM School of Management can apply cutting-edge management knowledge and practices that add value to organizational and community life.
Objective in Research: To produce cutting-edge research that is beneficial for the development of science, particularly in the fields of management and business, as well as responsible management practices.
Objective in Community Service: To produce professional and sustainable community service through collaboration between the institution and external organizations.
MASTER OF MANAGEMENT (S2) PROGRAMS
Magister of Management for Fresh Graduates (Wijawiyata Manajemen – WM) A postgraduate program at PPM School of Management offering a Master of Management degree for fresh graduates. The WM Program is designed to suit the characteristics of young, dynamic fresh graduates who are always exploring their potential for growth. The objective of this program is to train participants in developing management skills and to cultivate a noble outlook on life and a professional work attitude as an initial step into the business world, preparing them to face the dynamics of change and shape their future.
Magister of Management for Fresh Graduates in Entrepreneurship (WM Entrepreneurship) This is a Postgraduate Program at PPM School of Management with a Master of Management degree for fresh graduates. This program is tailored to the characteristics of young graduates who are constantly exploring their potential to grow.
Magister of Management for Young Executives (Eksekutif Muda – EM) A Postgraduate Program at PPM School of Management with a Master of Management degree for young executives or entrepreneurs who already have work experience. The MM-EM Program is designed to accelerate the transformation of participants into young, dynamic, and broad-minded professionals. The objective of this program is to prepare participants to become future leaders with comprehensive and practical management knowledge, strong business ethics, and superior soft competencies, enabling them to bring improvement and change to their work environment.
Magister of Management for Executive (Eksekutif) This program prepares managers to develop into top-level managers and Strategic Change Leaders, pioneering the integrated implementation of management knowledge while upholding moral values and broad business ethics.
