Mission

  • To produce management research outputs that meet high-quality and international standards, aiming to establish PPM School of Management’s reputation as a leading research center in Southeast Asia.

  • To develop management case studies that adhere to high-quality and international standards, positioning PPM School of Management as the premier case clearing house in Southeast Asia.

  • To disseminate research and case study outputs through conferences and high-quality journals.

Research Center

Aligned with the mission of the RC-CCH to produce internationally standardized management research, the RC-CCH serves as the driving force for research activities at PPM School of Management. It functions as a knowledge development center and a unit that supports the enhancement of research capabilities for students, faculty members, and all staff at PPM School of Management.

This is realized through a series of activities such as qualitative and quantitative research training for PPM management staff. The training begins with research topic selection and continues through all stages of research output, including data collection, analysis, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The training is delivered by qualified professional experts.

Research training is also provided to students to strengthen and complement the knowledge acquired from research methodology courses, enabling them to prepare well-structured research proposals as part of their final project preparation.

Case Clearing House

In partnership with leading local companies in Indonesia, RC-CCH has produced high-quality management cases that contribute to the advancement of management concepts and knowledge in Indonesia.

Companies such as Garuda Indonesia, Cipaganti Group, Tempo Inti Media, Tiga Pilar Corporation, and others have agreed to serve as subjects for case studies written by RC-CCH’s writing team under its coordination. Uniquely, as a Case Clearing House, RC-CCH obtains formal release statements for each case, ensuring that the content is approved by the respective companies for use by RC-CCH.

RC-CCH’s achievements in case writing are highlighted by the publication of cases on Garuda Indonesia and Tempo Inti Media in the international journal EMERALD Emerging Markets Case Studies. This aligns with RC-CCH’s mission to serve as a platform for creating internationally standardized cases. The publication of these cases provides valuable references for analyzing the application of international management concepts.
