Campus Hiring

Campus Hiring is recruitment conducted on campus, organized based on an agreement with a company for one day. It provides students with the opportunity to learn about a company through a company profile presentation and to participate directly in the selection process prepared by the company (CV submission, interviews, psychological tests, and Focus Group Discussions) on campus according to available career opportunities.

Campus Hiring is often used by companies seeking talent for their Management Trainee (MT) programs for final-year students and graduates of PPM School of Management. Some companies that have participated in Campus Hiring include PT. Citilink Indonesia, PT. Kaldu Sari Nabati (Nabati Snack), APL Care, PT. Paragon Technology Innovation (Brands Wardah, Make Over), O!Save, PT. Sumber Sarana Putra, Lotte Shopping Indonesia, CTI Group, and others.

Talent Fair

Talent Fairs involve more than 20 companies seeking talent, offering multiple job opportunities for attendees. Talent Fair visitors include graduates, alumni of PPM School of Management, students from other universities in Jakarta, and general jobseekers. PPM School of Management has previously partnered with digital recruiters for Talent Fairs, such as JobStreet.com, Nusatalent, Kalibrr, and Dreamtalent.id.

Internship

In the 7th semester of the Undergraduate Programs (SMB & SAB) and the final semester of the Master of Management Wijawiyata (MM-WM) Program, students are required to take the Practical Work course, which is followed by the writing of their Thesis/Dissertation. Students can find internship placements through the placement services.

Companies that have served as internship placements include PT. Aerofood ACS, Bank Central Asia, Traveloka, Garuda Manufacturing Facilities, Kimia Farma, Pertamina Retail, Adira Finance, Ruang Guru, PZ Cusson, Angkasa Pura Logistik, Dompet Dhuafa, and others.
