Satisfaction Survey

The Research Center and Case Clearing House (RC-CCH) of PPM School of Management is a service unit responsible for facilitating the management of research, community service (PkM), and case study activities, as well as overseeing these processes from proposal submission, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, through to the achievement of outputs.

The role of RC-CCH is essential in strengthening the service functions of higher education institutions, particularly in the areas of research, PkM, and scientific publication. Therefore, an assessment is needed to evaluate the effectiveness of these service functions.

Through this satisfaction survey, it is expected that the institution and units overseeing research, PkM, publications, and case studies can gain insights into the performance of these services each year, enabling follow-up actions to improve management services moving forward.
