Pharos Indonesia Holds Campus Hiring, Targeting Talented PPM School of Management Graduates

Jakarta – On September 15, 2025, PPM School of Management (PPM School) welcomed representatives from Pharos Indonesia to host a dedicated campus hiring event for its final-year students and alumni. As a prerequisite for registration, all interested participants were required to complete an online psychological test a few days prior. The test results served as supplementary data, providing deeper insights for the Pharos recruitment team during the one-on-one interviews.

The event, held at the PPM School of Management campus, drew a total of more than 35 participants, with 60% of them being this year’s graduates. The session began with a comprehensive company profile presentation by the Pharos team. Brian Lembong, one of the Directors of Pharos Indonesia, was present and gave an in-depth introduction to the company’s vision, culture, and career opportunities. His presence gave candidates a direct insight into aligning their career aspirations with the company’s goals.

Following the presentation, the event transitioned to one-on-one interviews. Mr. Brian Lembong and his team engaged directly with each candidate, assessing their skills, experience, and potential contributions. For the participants, it was a valuable opportunity to ask specific questions and make a strong first impression on the company’s leadership.
