PPM School of Management (PPM School) continues to strengthen its commitment to delivering high-quality management education. Its Master of Management (MM) Study Program has officially received the UNGGUL accreditation, the highest accreditation rating, from the Independent Accreditation Institute for Economics, Management, Business, and Accounting (LAMEMBA). The accreditation is based on Decree No. 313/DE/A.5/LAMEMBA-U/IX/2026 and is valid for five years, from September 25, 2026, to September 25, 2031.
This recognition marks another milestone in PPM School’s ongoing efforts to provide business education that responds to industry needs and the evolving challenges of leadership. With a legacy dating back to 1967, PPM School offers Master of Management programs designed to support professional development at different stages of a career.

Three Master of Management Programs for Different Career Stages
Recognizing that individuals have different learning needs and career aspirations, PPM School offers three Master of Management programs: MM The Future Leaders, MM Eksekutif Muda, and MM Eksekutif.
MM The Future Leaders is designed for recent bachelor’s degree graduates (fresh graduates) who wish to pursue a master’s degree and prepare for the professional world. The program can be completed in three semesters, with a curriculum comprising 37 credits tailored to business needs and industry developments. Through an applied learning approach, participants develop managerial capabilities, strategic thinking, and professional competencies early in their careers.
MM Eksekutif Muda is for professionals advancing in their careers who want to strengthen their managerial capabilities to take on greater responsibilities. The program provides an opportunity to integrate professional experience with advanced business knowledge and management skills to support career growth.
MM Eksekutif is designed for experienced professionals and executives who want to deepen their strategic perspective, strengthen decision-making, and build leadership in managing organizations and navigating complex business environments.
These three pathways allow prospective students to choose a program that aligns with their professional experience, learning needs, and career aspirations.
Industry-Relevant Curriculum, Professional Certifications, and Career-Oriented Learning
A key strength of PPM School’s Master of Management program is its emphasis on connecting management knowledge with real-world business practices. In the MM The Future Leaders program, the curriculum is structured across three semesters, covering leadership and transformation foundations, business strategy and value creation, as well as specialization and application.
Participants can also choose elective subjects based on their interests and career goals, including finance, human resource management, marketing, strategy, sustainability strategy, and operations. The curriculum incorporates opportunities to pursue professional and competency certifications, enabling participants to strengthen expertise relevant to their chosen fields.
MM The Future Leaders also adopts a hybrid learning approach, combining online and face-to-face classes. This approach provides flexibility while maintaining opportunities for academic interaction and competency development.
In addition, PPM School’s international networks and partnerships help broaden participants’ perspectives on global business practices. Through business competitions, MM The Future Leaders participants can apply their classroom knowledge while sharpening their analytical skills and business acumen.
The Future Leaders Scholarship: Supporting the Next Generation of Leaders
PPM School is also committed to expanding access to management education through scholarship opportunities. One of its flagship initiatives is the Future Leaders Scholarship, a full scholarship program offered annually to eligible MM The Future Leaders applicants who meet the program’s requirements and selection criteria.
The scholarship gives talented bachelor’s degree graduates the opportunity to pursue postgraduate education and develop their potential as future leaders.
Beyond classroom learning, MM The Future Leaders participants receive career development support through the annual Talent Fair, which brings together companies seeking promising talent. PPM School also provides a Career Center to help participants access employment information and identify career opportunities that match their competencies.
Soft skills development is integrated into the curriculum to prepare participants for the professional environment. As a result, the learning experience extends beyond academic knowledge to include the development of practical competencies required in the workplace.
PPM School of Management: Growing as Professionals and Leaders
As a management education institution established in 1967, PPM School continues to develop educational experiences that integrate knowledge, business practices, and ethical values. In addition to its national accreditation, PPM School is a member of AACSB International and holds international accreditation from ABEST21.
With MM The Future Leaders, MM Eksekutif Muda, and MM Eksekutif, PPM School offers postgraduate pathways for both recent graduates and experienced professionals seeking to advance their capabilities and broaden their contributions to the business world.
The UNGGUL accreditation of the Master of Management Study Program further reinforces PPM School’s commitment to maintaining and continuously improving the quality of its management education.
