I have been asked many times, “Why has PPM School survived for more than half a century?”

The answer is simple: we have a clear mission, supported by strategies, processes, systems, structures, human resources, and technology that are all aligned. This unified approach is our source of strength and enables PPM School to create an unlimited impact. Our clear mission, along with these supporting elements, helps us attract, educate, guide, and produce the best graduates who go on to become transformative leaders in society.

We adhere to four core values: Pioneer, Noble, Excellent, and Polite (PLUS). These values govern how our academic community thinks, behaves, and makes decisions. They reflect what is important, proper, and desired by our students, faculty, educational staff, and the large organisations within the PPM Foundation.

One of the key strengths of PPM School is the expertise of our lecturers, who are not only academics but also consultants, coaches, assessors, and executive trainers within the broader PPM School entity. Another advantage is our curriculum, which integrates proven hard skills with essential soft skills critical to workplace success. Our programs are based on real-world cases, promote ethical behaviour, and are aligned with both national and international certifications. As a result, PPM School has successfully produced over 5,000 alums in management and accounting, many of whom hold significant positions as CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and entrepreneurs. Our alums occupy top leadership roles in several state-owned enterprises, ministries, and the private sector.
