ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTS SUBMISSION INFORMATION
Participants are required to send all complete documents in .zip or .rar format (maximum file size 15 MB) to email: tfl.ppmsom@gmail.com and mmppm@ppmschool.ac.id with subject “TFL 15 Registration Documents – Full Name – University of Origin”
After sending the documents, participants are required to confirm receipt of documents with the committee via WhatsApp chat at 0851-7206-8575.
- Signed statement letter from TFL 15 candidate (download statement letter at bit.ly/SP-TFL15)
- Scan or photo of legalized diploma and transcript
- For applicants from domestic public/private universities: Legalization from the relevant university (only if diploma is a photocopy)
- For applicants from overseas universities: Legalization from the Directorate General of Higher Education (DIKTI)
- Certificate of Graduation (SKL) and latest transcript legalized from the relevant university for applicants who have not yet graduated
- Scan/screenshot/proof of university and undergraduate program accreditation certificate. Information can be accessed through https://www.banpt.or.id/direktori/institusi/pencarian_institusi.php
- Scan or photo of ID Card
- Scan or photo of Family Card
- Professional Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Scan or photo of TOEFL test score min. 500 or IELTS min. 6 (prediction version is allowed and ensure the certificate is still valid)
- Scan or photo of documents proving participation in committees or organizations
- Scan or photo of documents or certificates of achievement awards
- Recent formal full-body photo postcard size (max. 5 MB in .jpeg/.png/.pdf format)
- Recent color passport photo size 4×6 (max. 5 MB in .jpeg/.png/.pdf format)
- Recommendation form from university leadership or supervising lecturer or work supervisor (download recommendation form at bit.ly/SR-TFL15 )
- Completed registration form (download registration form at bit.ly/SR-TFL15)
