Jakarta, July 19, 2025 – PPM School of Management (PPM School), a pioneer in management education in Indonesia with “Unggul” accreditation, continues to affirm its position as an institution consistently producing strategic leaders in the business, social, and public sectors. Through its various flagship programs—Master of Management, Bachelor of Business Management, and Bachelor of Business Accounting—PPM School has produced thousands of alumni who are now actively contributing to the development of the national management ecosystem. This commitment was once again realized with the The 2025 AM Kadarman Award, a prestigious honour bestowed upon alumni who have made tangible contributions in leadership, innovation, and social impact. The event, held at the PPM School campus in Menteng Raya, Jakarta, honoured the achievements of its alumni and commemorated the visionary figure of its founder, Prof. Dr. AM Kadarman. Prof. Dr. A.M. Kadarman was known as a thinker and innovator who believed that management is not merely a business management tool, but a vital tool for bringing change and building the nation. When he founded PPM School in 1967, he brought with him a grand vision: to produce resilient leaders with high integrity and sensitivity to the challenges of the times. He believed that proper management education should shape character, not just technical skills; it should foster an awareness of social responsibility, not merely corporate strategy. This spirit continues to be maintained and developed by PPM School to this day. Through learning programs, alumni networks, and awards such as the AM Kadarman Award, PPM School is dedicated to cultivating future leaders who not only excel professionally but also embody noble values in their work. In line with this year’s theme, “Lead With Purpose, Create with Impact, and Inspire with Values,” the AM Kadarman Award is an opportunity to highlight alumni who have led with purpose, created impact, and inspired through their deeply held values.
