Course: Self Development
The Self Development course aims to enhance the abilities of undergraduate students at PPM School of Management in recognizing their personal potential. Through T-group activities, Action Plan creation, and mentoring, students are guided by Mentors to understand themselves, discover their strengths, and engage openly with their environment. The self-development process focuses on cultivating four key soft skills: Self Confidence, Relationship Building, Team Leadership, and Passion for Growth.
Course: Team Development
Team Development equips undergraduate students at PPM School of Management with the skills to form and maintain high-performing groups. Each team is guided to leverage their potential and collaboration to successfully execute projects or events, which vary in theme each year. Facilitated by Mentors, students develop interpersonal skills, teamwork, and conflict management while planning, preparing, executing, and evaluating their projects or events.
The Team Development course incorporates experiential learning through Outward Bound Training. In these activities, students explore their personal strengths and teamwork abilities in various outdoor challenges, supporting their preparation for project or event implementation.
Course: Community Development
PPM School of Management offers programs that create a positive impact on community development through the Community Development course. Focusing on Education and Small Business themes, this course aims to develop leadership, character, and active participation in community development projects carried out in groups over a designated period. Through this course, undergraduate students are expected to grow into responsible, positive, and productive individuals within society.
