Student Executive Board (BEM)
PPM School of Management facilitates students to participate in non-academic (extracurricular) activities through various student organizations such as the Student Executive Board (BEM) and Student Activity Units (UKM).
Students involved in these organizations are expected to prepare themselves for the new era with skills in management, communication, and leadership. Student organizations play a crucial role in shaping personality, character, and broad-mindedness, preparing students to become professionals in their respective fields.
In general, BEM and UKM serve as:
- Communication channels among students
- Platforms for developing student potential as knowledgeable and academically competent individuals who contribute to the nation
- Venues for intellectual development, leadership training, and organizational management
- Institutions for fostering future national leaders oriented toward sustainable national development, grounded in academic norms, ethics, morality, and national insight
